Salt Company College Ministry

The Salt Company is the college ministry of Radiant Church, built on a vision to be a multi-generational church with a strong focus on the next generation—especially students across the city of Syracuse.

Our heart is simple: to lead students to become more like Jesus. Whether you’re new to church, exploring faith, or looking to grow deeper, The Salt Company is a place where you can belong, ask real questions, and build meaningful friendships.

A Movement for College Students in Syracuse

We gather weekly as a large group and throughout the week in smaller communities called Campus Groups, where students can connect, be encouraged, and walk through life together. It’s a space to grow in your faith, find your people, and live out what it means to follow Jesus during your college years and beyond.

Salt Company Gatherings

The Salt Company exists to lead students to become more like Jesus. We gather weekly and  throughout the week in smaller groups called Campus Groups.

Thursday Night

Our Thursday night gathering is about celebrating Jesus together as a family. During the school year, we meet at 8:00PM | 214 Solar St. to worship and study the Bible together as a family.

Campus Groups

Campus groups meet on different nights of the week in different dorms and apartments on or  around campus. These smaller groups are about building relationships, applying the weekly  message to our lives, and providing a safe place to process our questions about life with God.

SUMMER SALT

Summer Salt is our summer gathering for college students who are staying around Syracuse during June and July. Every Thursday night, we get together for a mix of fun, community, and encouragement through games, food, pool nights, and time in God's Word. It's a great way to stay connected, build friendships, and continue growing in your faith throughout the summer months. Follow our social media for weekly locations, events, and updates.
